MEDITATION

An introduction to four simple guided meditations that will help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. The first meditation is a simple breathing meditation. The second meditation lays the foundation for meditating on the mind by helping to temporarily overcome physical appearances. The third introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the fourth is a meditation on our root mind. Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

About the Teacher:

Originally from Ireland, Kelsang Gyalpo has been practising and teaching for almost 20 years. He has lived, worked and taught in many Kadampa centres throughout the world and brings him an enthusiastic, balanced and kind approach to Budha’s teachings.
