Tripuri has practised Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki for twenty years and teaching for twelve. She has worked as a Natural Health Practitioner for nearly twenty years using different forms of light touch healing and acupressure.
She is also a recognised teacher member of the Metamorphic Association having worked closely with Gaston St. Pierre over a number of years both as teacher and trustee of the Association.
A registered Bach Flower Essence Practitioner, she trained with Stefan Ball, Judy Howard and Tessa Jordan and also uses Bush Flower Remedies having completed level 3 with Ian White and Bailey’s essences as she also worked with Arthur Bailey.
Training in body work started in the 80′s practising yoga and meditation in India,included Thai yoga massage in Thailand in 1991, she now practises Acupressure. Sacral Abdominal massage, and (Ayurvedic) Indian Head, Facial and Foot massage and Ear Candling. Interested in PNI (psychoneuroimmunology) and she has recently completed the Endorphin Effect Trainers programme with WIlliam Bloom and plan to offer courses in the near future.
