San incorporates her expertise as a complementary therapist practicing massage, reflexology and aromatherapy to create a truly unique and synergistic treatment, which may be focused on specific problems, reduction of stress, or simply for relaxation and rejuvenation.
San’s passion for massage and reflexology began after she experienced just how beneficial they could be! Fully qualified, San has to date studied and completed her diplomas in massage therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology (including an advanced reflexology techniques diploma), and Indian head massage . She has also studied the art of bespoke skin care and facials within which is incorporated her aromatherapy knowledge. San is a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, which is a professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland, and as a requirement she continually updates her knowledge and skills by completing Continuing Professional Development.
Currently studying Sports Massage ITEC Level 4, enjoying every moment of it and excited about passing these skills onto you!
San has enjoyed working within many diverse settings including charitable organisations which have enabled her to expand her understanding of HIV and AIDS, stress management, bereavement, addiction and mental health. She also works as an advisor at The Natural Food Store.
