I offer confidential, friendly, supportive, subtle and intuitive coaching in a totally non-judgemental way. I am covered by professional indemnity insurance.
I believe that all my clients have the ability to improve their lives and I certainly get a real sense of fulfillment when I help them to do that.
Do you suffer from, or support somebody who suffers from a long term illness? I have personal experience of M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and therefore I feel that I have something extra to offer clients who are trying to cope with a long term illness, and their families and friends. From onset to diagnosis and beyond, coaching can offer additional support, encouragement and assistance with goal setting.
I am regulated on an ongoing basis by coaching and mentoring from a senior coach/mentor, which ensures my continuous professional development.
Pricing
Face-To-Face Coaching
£50 per hour
(Travel costs may be applicable outside the Norwich and Old Buckenham areas)
Telephone Coaching
£40 per hour
(Concessions are available in certain circumstances – if you would benefit from coaching but would struggle to meet the full cost, let’s talk!)
Monthly packages are available tailored to your individual requirements, which can include any combination of face-to-face or telephone coaching and additional support by telephone, email or text – please enquire.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, debit or credit card. (Card payments are via PayPal on the Internet and will be subject to a small administration charge)

I am available to deliver coaching sessions at any time on any day of the week. Face-to-face sessions delivered at the Complementary Healthcare Clinic are available dependent on Clinic opening times (shown below) and room availability.
