How does it work?
This bespoke facial focuses on technique rather than pots of cream filled with nasty chemical ingredients! The main component of this facial is the massage, which uses acupressure methods to keep the face looking toned and healthy. It’s also wonderfully relaxing! A blend of vegetable carrier oils and aromatherapy essential oils are selected for your skin type, your mood or other areas which you may specify.
All of the products used in this facial are natural, fairly traded, non-animal tested and where possible organic and handmade.
What is it good for?
Everything that a regular facial is good for! It is also good for relaxation and stress relief, muscular tension in the face, neck and shoulders and sinus congestion
What happens during a treatment?
As always your first session will include a detailed consultation to address your aims. This is followed with a cleanse, tone, a hot towel to open your pores and massage of the face, neck, chest, shoulders and scalp. From your second session this is followed by a face mask that will be made up for you on the spot.
San can also advise you of potions that may be useful for you and even make some up for you. Sessions can be anything from 60 to 90 mins and can always be combined with other therapies such as massage or reflexology.
