Bowen Technique

- A Chiropodist or Podiatrist is a person devoted to the study and medical treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower extremities. They specialize in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the foot and lower limbs.
Chiropractic (McTimoney)
- Chiropractic is an approach to health care predominantly focused on the nervous system and the integrity of the nerve innervation of the whole body. It is a non invasive and gentle approach, focusing on adjustment of the skeletal system; in particular the spinal column which is made up of 24 movable vertebrae, the sacrum and the coccyx.
Cholesterol Testing
- Cholesterol is a fatty substance in the blood that can clog up the vessels and lead to heart attacks and strokes and other things. It is possible to reduce cholesterol levels a little by eating a healthy diet (low in fat, high in fruit, vegetables, wholegrain cereals and fish) and taking regular exercise. The important thing to note is that even if your cholesterol is not reduced, doing these things will help you live longer and better.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

- The most famous and available of all the flower essences were those developed by a Harley Street doctor, Dr Edward Bach, in the 1930′s. The remedies are all prepared from the flowers of wild plants, bushes or trees. They are completely harmless and are prescribed according to the sufferer’s state of mind rather than addressed directly to the physical complaint.

Homeopathy

- An invigorating massage which works on deeper layers of muscle than normal Therapeutic, Swedish or Holistic massage.
Deep tissue combines a variety of techniques from trigger pointing, stretching, mobilising and manipulating among others. Deep tissue treatment usually focuses on a particular problem area, and it is not unusual to feel some soreness following the session – however, if it is done correctly, this should vanish quickly and you will feel better than ever within a day or two. Thus, it is an ideal therapy for injuries, persistent muscular problems or even just general relaxation.
