This workshop focuses on back massage and aims to give you sufficient knowledge to perform back massage on loved ones and friends.

Topics covered include:

• The history of massage
• Uses of massage
• Basic anatomy and physiology
• Massage demonstation and hands-on practise

You will be required to bring 2 large towels.

• Each workshop runs for 6 hours and costs £40 per person.
• Worskops will run from 10am to 5pm with an hour provided for lunch - please bring this with you.
