Aromatherapy massage is a wonderful way to relax and unwind, as well as aiding various conditions from hormonal imbalances to respiratory problems.

This workshop is desgined to teach you about a handful of the most useful essential oils, combined with massage techniques to release tension.

Topics covered include:

• The history of aromatherapy
• Uses of aromatherapy
• Basic anatomy and physiology
• Properties of essential oils
• Massage practise and demo
• You will be required to bring 2 large towels.

Prices:

• Each workshop runs for 6 hours and costs £40 per person.
• Worskops will run from 10am to 5pm with an hour provided for lunch - please bring this with you.
