11.30-12.15am Yoga Workout - these sessions are ideal for beginners, they are chilled out sessions which give you a bit of a workout. Yoga is brilliant for muscles, joints, digestion and all stress related complaints.

12.30-1.15pm Yoga Chillout - these sessions are ideal for the elderly, pregnant ladies, for preventing joint problems, helping to boost energy levels, stress prevention & cure.
