Detoxification aids the body by eliminating toxic compounds - releasing previously unfound energy and resulting in an increase in positive feeling about our day to day health. A detox program may consist of a special diet, nutritional supplements, herbs, hydrotherapy, and reflexology, exercise, breathing techniques, aqua detox and/or either a normal or infrared sauna among other things.
