When I first began Physiotherapy and Pilates with Hannah I was a bit of an insecure mess – afraid of climbing and descending stairs because of the rigidity and pain in my lower back and hips, inability to dash across roads and a persistent neck ache. After 8 intensive weekly physiotherapy sessions, regular and continuing Pilates classes, walking and a home exercise routine, I am in a lot less pain and can really see a massive improvement in the quality of my movements.
Hannah is an excellent Physiotherapist who works in partnership with her patients to help them regain mobility, flexibility and confidence. FC
